Research interest My research focuses on developing and applying methodologies for comparative transcriptome analysis across multiple species to understand common and species specific genomic characteristics under certain conditions. One of my projects is about drought stress response analysis across Arabidopsis (a plant model species) and four crop species which are economically valuable plants.
