Reseach interest In my research I seek to predict functions of proteins and the effects of chemicals on cellular pathways. To accomplish this, I develop network propagation and machine learning methods and apply them on networks integrated with multiple types of molecular interaction networks such as protein-protein interactions and co-expression.
